Ronaldo’s has been serving up generous portions of Italian favorites for more than 20 years, according to Vickie Farley, who took over as co-owner together with her son-in-law Don Folckemer in December. “We deliberately didn’t change a thing,” says Vickie, “Same chefs, same recipes, same outstanding quality.” The most popular menu items remain dishes made with fresh local catches, such as seafood fettucine, shrimp scampi, and pasta with clam sauce.
